Thorunn Valdimarsdottir
(b. 1954) is a writer and historian whose earlier works count novels, books of poetry, biographies and academic publication. Her books have received numerous awards, such as nominations for the Icelandic Literary Prize and the Nordic Council’s Literature Prize.
