(b. 1979) is an award-winning writer, artist, performer and illustrator. Her comics alterego is called Lóaboratoríum and researches human behavior without coming to a conclusion. She graduated with a BFA degree in Fine Arts from the Icelandic Academy of the Arts, studied Illustration in Parson’s New School for Design in NYC and graduated with a MA degree in Creative Writing from the University of Iceland. Since 2005 she’s also been travelling and performing around the worlds with her band FM Belfast and figuring out what’s the best way to pack illustration tools for long trips. At the moment she is doing one comic a day for a whole year.
